🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Fancy Wear

At Fancy Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality clothing with premium stitching and fabric. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item should be in original condition with tags & packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Applicable only for:

    • Wrong size received

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Manufacturing defect

📌 Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return unless defective.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear / nightwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or altered products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items without original tags or packaging

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed:

    • As store credit, or

    • Back to the original payment method (where applicable)

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 working days

📌 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order

  • Subject to stock availability

  • Customer may need to pay return shipping (if applicable)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
    Fancy Wear will not be responsible for return courier costs If a customer requests a return after receiving the order, the return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Fancy Wear will bear the shipping cost

  • Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping
